Who are our customers?
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do. We have 2,675 customers, made up of a range of organisations across the NHS as well as private providers, charities and local authorities, among others.
We partner with our customers, working alongside them to ensure their estate is fit for purpose, both now and in the future. Our approach to partnership means provide tailored, innovative and practical solutions to support the delivery of customers’ clinical strategies and enable excellent patient care.
