Christopher King, Principal Strategic Asset Manager

Chris joined NHS Property Services from Knight Frank, where he worked within capital markets providing investment, development and asset management advice within the London City, City fringe, Southbank, Midtown, Docklands, and Stratford markets.  Before then, Chris worked at CBRE for four years.  His experience includes business creation and delivery, portfolio asset management, acquisitions and disposals, project management, development, leasing, and lease consultancy.
 
Chris’ remit at NHS Property Services is to develop and implement commercial opportunities to increase utilisation within the estate.  To date, he has established the national pharmacy and telecoms programmes, as well delivering NHSPS’ new bookable space offering, NHS Open Space.
