Jackie Ducker

Jackie has held the role of Chief Customer Officer since April 2023.

She is responsible for delivering our Customer Strategy, working across Customer Service Operations, Relationship management, Customer Experience and Business Improvement and Customer Solutions.

A specialist in the construction and property industry, Jackie joined from the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB), where she was Executive Director for Customer and Product. Jackie also has experience in facilities management and delivery for organisations including Connaught, Ordnance Survey, and Kier Group plc.

She brings significant executive-level expertise in building customer relationships and business improvement, as well as extensive leadership in customer experience.
