She is responsible for a number of large teams covering Estates Strategy, Operational Service Delivery and PFI, Capital Projects and Service Expertise Teams. Trish has a very strong background in FM Operations, most latterly holding a role in Carillion as Operations Director for the North Region, Trish has worked for a number of FM Service Providers as well as spending a year in the NHS holding a senior leadership role at County Durham and Darlington Foundation NHS Trust.
