As one of the largest property companies in the UK, NHS Property Services offers a specialist graduate programme to help the NHS get the most from its estate and provide a solid foundation for your career. The scheme is planned and delivered in partnership with professional body the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
An update on our graduate scheme
"This year we will not be recruiting onto the RICS Graduate Programme. We are extremely proud of our graduate programme and the success our graduates achieve due to the bespoke and structured support we can offer. The health and wellbeing of our candidates is our key priority and this year we are focusing on our existing cohorts and their APC journey.
We feel now is the right time to reflect on the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and re-align our programme to better reflect changes in the market and ways of working, so that we can continue offering a high quality programme and develop talent that can best support the NHS.
We aim to relaunch the programme and resume recruitment in late 2022, so watch this space!"
- Hanna Hardy, Senior Transactions Manager and Graduate Programme Lead
