We offer technical apprenticeships within Hard FM on an annual basis, each academic year. The apprenticeship opportunities we offer vary from across regions.

Hard FM apprenticeships can take between 12 months to 4 years to complete. Apprentices who complete all necessary qualifications in their area of specialism will be promoted to a Maintenance Operative or Maintenance Technician role.

We currently have apprentices working towards the following standards:

Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative
Level 3 Refrigeration Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Engineering Technician
Level 3 Gas Engineering Operative
Level 3 Installation Electrician and Maintenance Electrician
Level 3 Maintenance Operations Engineering Technician
Level 3 Plumbing and Domestic Heating
Level 3 Building Services Engineering Craftsperson
