What to expect at the interview
We want to ensure you have the best candidate experience and we will support you and provide as much guidance to prepare you for your interview. Your interview may take place at one of our offices or virtually using web-based technology.
Interviews may be in one stage or several stages with the manager or supervisor with whom you would be working most closely at the company, colleagues and a member of the People team.
You may be expected to complete a test or assessment and will be notified of this in advance as part of the recruitment process.
What happens after the interview
If you are successful, we will ensure you have a smooth onboarding process and the ‘best welcome’ induction.
If you are not successful following interview, we will provide you with feedback to help with your development and would encourage you to keep an eye on future roles.
