Cameron joined NHSPS as the Head of Energy and Environment in December 2018 to head up the newly formed Energy and Environment team. Covering utilities, water, waste and transport, Cameron’s objectives are to reduce the environmental impact of NHSPS’ operations, reduce costs and to ensure compliance with environmental legislations.

Cameron brings vast experience in the energy and environment industry having most recently been a Director of Energy Management at a global real estate company, overseeing the implementation of energy and environment strategies at over a dozen global, EMEA and UK businesses. Previous to this Cameron has switched between consulting on and project managing large energy efficiency projects from New Zealand to New York.

Nick joined NHSPS in 2019 and has helped develop the Energy & Environment team from inception to the current team of over 20 people, with links to all parts of the business operations. Nick leads the Energy Focus area which focusses on energy and carbon reduction across the estate and has developed the Net Zero Strategy for NHSPS.

Nick has deep understanding of energy efficiency and sustainability in the built environment and has worked both in consulting and in-house (BT) roles across engineering (Atkins) to property management organisations (DTZ, JLL). He has managed portfolio wide programs for Energy Efficiency/Carbon Reduction, Compliance, BREEAM Certification, ESOS, GRESB and other mandatory and non-mandatory reporting and ESG requirements. Nick is aware of the need to maximise the potential of the data we gather every day, but do not necessarily capture and analyse.
