How to... register with NHS Open Space

We know that being able to easily book affordable clinical and non-clinical space is key to delivering community care when and where it is needed most. That’s why we’ve created NHS Open Space, where you can access hundreds of spaces across England to suit your needs.

We’ve tried to make our registration process as easy as possible for you. All you need to do is head over to the NHS Open Space website and click on Register.

Who can sign up to NHS Open Space?

You can join NHS Open Space if you’re a health, wellbeing or community service provider. The website will then guide you through the steps to create your free account. This will include providing some basic information about yourself, your organisation and the service you’d like to provide.  

We’ll then get in touch with you to confirm a few details and ask for a copy of your accreditations (where needed). Once we’ve received these and checked you meet our eligibility criteria, we’ll approve your account, and you can start booking right away.

How much does it cost?

There are no hidden fees or lengthy contracts – registration is completely free and once approved, you can access over 1,200 rooms at over 200 sites in England. You can check room availability, see pricing and view floorplans to find the right space for your needs. With instant booking and secure online payments, you'll be up and running in no time!
