Covid-19: Town Planning Update - July 2020
Our Town Planning team has prepared a guidance note on some recent amendments to the Town and Country Planning Regulations 2020.
The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) has introduced changes to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 through the Town and Country Planning (Permitted Development and Miscellaneous Amendments) (England) (Coronavirus) Regulations 2020.
