NHS Property Services Unveils Magna Medical Centre
The centre was previously referred to as Rackheath Medical Centre and has been renamed to reflect its new location and the historic significance of the area. The new facility will house primary medical and community services for up to 10,000 patients. Construction began in early August 2024 and is now in the internal fit-out stage.

Construction to start for new CDC overtaking vacant space
Community Diagnostic Centre at St Margaret’s Hospital is starting construction. The site is due to open by December 2025. NHS Property Services (NHSPS) are the landlords of the site and the CDC will make use of previously vacant space.
