Beverley Health Centre has been the subject of £241,000 of works to reconfigure space within the Health Centre.

Work to reconfigure Beverley Health Centre have recently completed. The refurbishment is aimed at optimising space at the site, creating room for Manor Road Surgery to expand its patient list to address future demand for health services.  Working together, the site’s landlord, Assura, its sub-landlord, NHS Property Services (NHSPS) and East Riding of Yorkshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) devised a way in which the existing space in the building could be repurposed to provide an additional four consulting rooms for Manor Road Surgery’s GPs, expanding access to healthcare in the locality.

The works were financed by £241,000 of combined funding from the CCG and Assura and created an additional 210 metres squared of high-quality clinical space within the building.  In addition to these refurbishment works, the building also underwent improvements, such as the installation of new floors, fittings and a climate control system, which are aimed at providing an enhanced environment for patients to receive care in and improved workspaces for NHS staff.
