In line with the recent Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023, we have signed up to the NHS England Sexual Safety Charter.
We’ve also updated our policy on Dignity and Respect at Work – Sexual Harassment. This provides clear guidance on what we consider as sexual harassment, how we’re working to prevent it and how to report it if you do experience sexual harassment.
We expect all colleagues, customers, patients, suppliers and any other individuals that we work with to adhere to these policies. Thank you for helping to provide a safe working environment for our colleagues.
