The lease expired in October 2018 and the landlord wanted to develop the site, meaning a relocation was needed.
Being a smaller space requirement than the office space we had more options to consider, and NHS Property Services (NHSPS) managed to absorb the entire requirement into existing sites, for example University College London Hospital. We also supported the operations of vacating the site and handing it back to the landlord.
