As we welcome new properties to NHS Open Space, we want to make sure our customers are familiar with and confident using the booking platform.
We ran a series of online sessions (lasting around 60 minutes including Q&A) to give customers an overview of the platform, demonstrating how to:
- Register and migrate bookings
- Set up payment details
- Make and pay for bookings
- Manage reports
