We’ve completed over 3,000 capital projects for the NHS since 2017. We’re experienced in delivering a wide range of projects and are just as comfortable renovating a 1930s heritage site to save it from water damage as we are managing the end-to-end project delivery of a new state of the art health centre. Plus, we manage complex fitting out of existing buildings and repurposing spaces such as the unit in a multi-storey residential development in Manchester that was originally designed for retail but has now become a medical centre for 20,000 patients.
Our broad range of experience in the construction market means we’re best placed to advise you on things such as appropriate building contracts and consultant appointments, government frameworks like P23 contracting, the best ways to make your projects sustainable, and innovative forms of design and construction.
Crocus GP Surgery in Essex needed to make some changes to their space to better support patients in the community. The lease on their long-term home was expiring and the listed building they were in was restrictive.
We refurbished an underused hospital wing in Saffron Walden to provide them with a new location. Patients can now benefit from more joined up care in a modern environment fit for the future.
We worked closely with a number of partners to build a new £10.9m Devizes Health Centre in Wiltshire. The building opened in Winter 2022 and is one of the country's first net-zero integrated care centres, setting a new standard for health care infrastructure nationwide.
Patients of four local GP surgeries are now able to access same day or next day medical care and will be directed to the centre for routine blood tests and medical reviews for things like asthma and diabetes, as well as some specialist clinics.
