From washing your hands to cleaning your buildings and equipment, safe and clean water is critical to patient care and your safety at work.

We’ll carry out regular inspections, risk assessments and implement planned preventative maintenance in your buildings to keep your water systems safe, compliant and fit for purpose.

We'll help you:

  • regularly inspect and assess the risks which may be posed to patients (including those who might be more vulnerable), employees and visitors to maintain high safety standards and reduce the risk of Legionella and other bacteria
  • if needed, develop a flushing schedule for water systems that are used infrequently to prevent bacteria growth and put management systems in place to control the risks
  • take action if bacteria are found in your water systems and develop plans to ensure patient safety whilst your water systems are disinfected
  • establish good practices of local water usage, distribution, supply and controls
  • stay compliant with statutory regulations

Why us?

Safety first

As part of the NHS, we understand the challenges of managing water hygiene in busy patient environments. So, if we do find any issues with your water system, we’ll work with you to minimise disruption and keep you and your patients safe whilst we resolve it.

Keeping you compliant

We’ll manage your planned building maintenance in line with the Services and Facilities Group (SFG20) regime. This combines all necessary regulations and the Healthcare Technical Memorandum (HTM) standards. So, you can be sure you’re getting a safe, compliant and efficient service, tailored to your building’s needs.

Preparation, preparation, preparation

Water-borne bacteria can grow at any time, so we’ll make sure there’s a detailed plan in place to keep you and your patients safe in case of an outbreak. Our local reach and national scale means we have a network of experts across England who’ll be at your door within 4 hours.
