Our meals are guided by dieticians and adapted to every patient. We  provide texture modified and weight management meals. And we also accommodate allergies, dietary requirements and religious diets.  

Colleagues and visitors can enjoy food and drinks from our retail catering and vending machines. From cafes and coffee bars to hot snacks and cold drinks. Our end-to-end catering service can be tailored to fit your requirements.

We’ll help you: 

  • by working with dieticians to provide patient specific diet plans
  • by providing a menu in line with British Dietary Associate guidance
  • stay fully compliant with NHS Commissioning for Quality and Innovation (CQUIN) requirements
  • by rotating our menu every two weeks so patients don’t get menu fatigue
  • by managing your catering service from ordering stock to serving supper
